STEM Venturi is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to lead our After-School STEM Clubs across Derbyshire, Staffordshire and beyond!

About Us
At STEM Venturi, we are on a mission to close the STEM skills gap by bridging the gap between industry and education. Through engaging workshops, outreach programs, and after-school clubs, we empower young learners to see the possibilities within STEM and equip them with the skills they need for a bright future.

The Role
As an After-School Club Leader, you will:

• Deliver interactive and engaging STEM sessions for primary and secondary school students.
• Facilitate hands-on projects and experiments that spark curiosity and creativity.
• Act as a role model, inspiring students to explore STEM-related careers and opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team of engineers and educators to deliver high-quality content tailored to student needs.
• Ensure all activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for all participants.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for STEM and a desire to make a difference in education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with young people, such as in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or volunteering.
• Knowledge or background in a STEM field is a bonus but not essential – enthusiasm is key!
• Flexibility to work in the afternoons and early evenings during term time.
